A local realtor called us and needed our help immediately. Within 24 hours we were at the property to access the situation. The exterior shed (not pictured) was full of junk and debris. The home owner had left the house and property in quite a mess, not to mention the house was still full of personal items.
We arrived the next day and the realtor had also filled the garage full of items left by the homeowner that needed to be discarded also LOL but we handled it all. And as always, left the property clean and the buildings swept. Within 2 1/2 hours we left with a VERY HAPPY client!
